No Refund Policy
At Hocus Pony, we take pride in the quality of our handmade sculptures and the value of our digital sculpting tutorials. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds under the following circumstances:
Digital Products
All digital downloads, including sculpting tutorials, guides, templates, or any other digital files, are non-refundable. These items are delivered instantly and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please ensure you read all product descriptions and requirements carefully before purchasing.
Handmade Sculptures
Each handmade sculpture is crafted with great care. Because of the personalized nature and the amount of time invested in creating these items, we do not accept returns or issue refunds on:
-Handmade Sculptures
-Items damaged due to mishandling by the customer
However, we do accept damaged items to repair them for a minimum fee of $25 (and you pay shipping both ways).
Please review item descriptions, photos, and size/dimension details carefully before placing your order.

📦 Shipping & Delivery Info
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
If you're in the U.S., your goodies should arrive in 8–15 business days (that means Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
That said, things like holidays, major weather events, or global hiccups (yep, like pandemics) can slow things down—so please allow up to 30 business days just in case.
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking link in your email so you can follow your package on its journey.
(PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 8 WEEKS FOR CUSTOM ORDERS TO BE CREATED)
What about international orders?
If you live outside the U.S., your order may take 4–6 weeks to arrive. During busy times (like the holidays or, again, global weirdness), it could take up to 10 weeks. Thanks for your patience!
How fast do you ship orders out?
We usually ship within 3–7 business days, but during peak times or in case of wild weather, it might take up to 20 days. We’re a small biz doing our best, and we promise it’s worth the wait. 💛
My package says “delivered” but I never got it. Help!
First, double-check your tracking info. If it says “delivered” but you haven’t seen it, try contacting the shipping carrier directly—they often have more info than we do.
Unfortunately, we can't take responsibility for lost or stolen packages after they’ve been marked as delivered.
What if I’m outside the U.S. and my tracking info isn’t updating?
That’s normal! Many international carriers don’t scan packages regularly, and once your order leaves the U.S., there might be a 2–5 day lag (or more). FedEx hands it off to your local postal service, and not all countries provide full tracking.
What if my package gets returned to you?
If your package is marked “Refused” or “Returned to Sender,” we won’t re-ship it automatically. That usually happens when there’s an issue with the shipping address, so double-check it before ordering!
You'll receive a one time email when this product arrives in stock. We will not share your address with anybody else.
